1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using TelegramScrap ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

TelegramScrap is a community-intelligence tool that reads Telegram data via the official MTProto API under your own Telegram account. It produces analytics, suspicion scores, audit reports, and CSV exports of group members and engagement metrics. We do not bypass Telegram's access controls; we only process data that Telegram already shows you as a member of the group.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
One person per account. Sharing an account across a team is not allowed (teams are a product feature we'll introduce separately).
We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, breach these Terms, or violate Telegram's Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Harass, stalk, or harm individuals using data retrieved through the Service
Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages using extracted member data (we do not and will not provide DM/outreach features - using exported data to spam Telegram users is prohibited)
Sell, share, or publish lists of personal data extracted through the Service without a lawful basis
Violate GDPR, CCPA, or any applicable data protection law
Violate Telegram's Terms of Service
Attempt to bypass rate limits, platform security, or automated abuse detection
Reverse-engineer the Service, scrape our backend, or resell access without a written agreement

You are the data controller of any personal data you extract through the Service. You are solely responsible for the lawful basis, notice, and any data-subject rights requests related to that data.

5. Plans, billing, trials

The free plan is available indefinitely with the limits published on our pricing page.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, after a 30-day free trial.
Cancel anytime from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial months.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the data you extract through the Service. By running an extraction, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to deliver the Service (compute scores, generate reports, store snapshots in your account).

Public audit reports (/audit/[id]) are discoverable by anyone who has the link. If you don't want a report to be shareable, don't share the link. Future versions of the Service may introduce private-only reports.

7. Service availability

We aim for best-effort uptime but the Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Telegram may rate-limit, block, or update its API in ways that affect extractions. Your Telegram account may be restricted by Telegram independently of our Service. We are not liable for any Telegram-side action.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid to us during that period.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TelegramScrap, its operators and contractors from any claim arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your use of data obtained through the Service, or (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from the Billing page or by emailing us. On termination, your encrypted Telegram session is deleted and your extraction data is deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 15 days before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
